The sun rises in the east, and it’s beautiful.

Fished for 2 days and caught nothing but dinks. But still fun overall. Definitely redemption from last time we made the trip here. Lost 3 good ones yesterday and seen some big ones but just can’t get them to bite. This lake is nothing like our California lakes in my opinion and will be cool to see if the West Coast boys can figure it out.

After a 6 hour delay and 2600+ miles later… we made it ✅

I’m not fishing the Championship, I didn’t qualify. I’m here on vacation, for the adventure, to just fish for fun and a support the boys.

Not long till I taxi @dthao92 and @maxfishing94 across the country from California to Lake Murray South Carolina. I didn’t qualify this year but I’m tagging along as they go fish the Bassmaster Kayak National Championship. Just needed to use vacation time and why not fish a lake I need revenge on from the Pan Am International 😆. Looking forward to a much needed trip and fishing. We leave October 6th and if you want to support these guys anyway let us know! We could use the company making that long drive. Maybe we go live during the drive? Where should we eat along the 40? Staying with @joeysilvafishing and @brandonhua.fishing too. What should I cook for everyone? ☺️ will be fun to document this trip! Stay tuned 🤙🏽
