Is there a better way to do this? Let’s re write the rules of business success. It can be imperfect, fun, and most of all… involve, consider & reward others, not just one person or those at the top.

@villadelsol.sv boutique hotel and venue space pays above minimum wage and offers performance based bonuses to our hard working staff 💕🙏🏽

We are not meant to do this alone. Who and where are you doing life with? How can we amplify our experience? #ElSalvador #IntentionalLiving #consciouscommunity #consciousbusiness #consciousbusinesswoman by @a_lewy

The way we build matters. So does the energy we bring to it. ✨

Three women, a shared vision, and a love for El Salvador. Bringing intuition and intention to real estate while honoring the land, the community, and the culture that make this place extraordinary.

Rooted in purpose. Guided by something divine.

This is Sol Salvador. ☀️

Share this with someone who believes success and soul belong together.

Because your next chapter deserves both possibility and thoughtful support.

Send us a DM with ROOTS and tell us what you’re imagining. ☀️

There is a beauty in El Salvador that I am still finding words for. I felt it in the land and in the way something within me softened and opened.

A remembering that the earth is alive. That we belong to her. That she is always inviting us closer—to feel, to listen, to experience the beauty and healing she holds.

I came home changed.

And I’m still discovering what this land awakened in me.

On Saturday, we had a day of Art, Culture and Community at @villadelsol.sv. So many beautiful people coming together over music, painting, and connecting.

Here are some thoughts from that day on the people here & Villa del Sol Garden as a venue:

First.
I love the mix of people here.
The locals and the multiculturals.
The creatives.
The artisans and craftsmen.
The entrepreneurs.
The Bitcoiners.
The beach people, the city people.
The farmers.
The families.
The genuine openness, curiosity, and the hopefulness for a stronger, regenerative, healthy, and progressive El Salvador. Together. Collectively supporting each other.

Next.
Villa del Sol has many nooks and crannies.
The yard, pool, and outdoor kitchen… are spread out.
As I saw people gravitate to various spaces, it inspired me to either curate intimate gatherings concentrated in 1-2 areas.
Or, go big.
Bring more people together.
And yet… after pouring so much into creating this space, the thought of crowding it feels, scary, risky, or as though we could lose some of the magic that makes it special.

We shall see. I’ll let the land & spirit guide me.
Gratitude.
Gratitude.
Gratitude. To everyone who contributed to the day through your presence & energy alone… & more.

Such an epic birthday trip for Pedro, who requested a “sacred trip with spiritual fun.” 😁 I know that sounds like something I would request but I swear he did. I am so grateful we got to experience such divinity in nature, learn about an incredible ancient culture & celebrate this wonderful man who’s as patient & loving as they come. Not to be dramatic but I will be: Peru changed us 🤩🙏🏽✨ by @a_lewy

Can you feel the bass? Summit at Sea. So much greatness on one boat!

This is where life changing friendships, business opportunities, learning & fun have collided for me.

I hope you seek and create what you crave. I love you, I love this life! by @a_lewy

I’m feeling so invigorated to build my life around peace, purpose, & play these days.

🕊️ Peace. Regardless of what’s happening in the outer world, I strive for inner peace each morning. My daily routine of coffee, gratitude prayer, meditation & movement… takes me 27 minutes. And after months of consistency, I can honestly say I feel more peace and joy throughout the day. It’s a build.

👁️ Purpose. I left Corporate to work for myself, i.e., independent consulting + running Villa del Sol. I’m still learning to call myself an entrepreneur (after working 15 years for big companies). This purpose feels like a calling, of supporting leaders/guests & personal development (on a smaller scale, more intimately), in LatAm. It’s exciting and terrifying. I’m also banking on, if I follow my purpose… then abundance will follow. At least that’s what the books say.

🛝 Play. Ok to no surprise Having the best time ever in different places around the world with the people I love will always be a priority. I will come find you; and we will laugh and cry together over the silliest of times and the deepest of convos. More travel, art, music, culture, & games please. Shoutout to my partner Pedro for helping me to love big and play big this year.

Now if I can balance, slash master, all 3: Peace, purpose, play? Then I’m actively creating heaven on earth, join me! by @a_lewy

Handmade kimono notebooks in Kyoto.
A multigenerational family trade before mass production became a thing.
Taught to us by such a cute father & daughter duo.
Where passion, purpose & grit intersect.
Made me think of my mom & me…
And our spiritually healing, art house & boutique hotel.
A legacy of…….. time will tell. 🤩✨
(Gosh I think this means I should try to have a baybeh 👶🏽) by @a_lewy

It’s such a mad world. Reminiscing on my birthday in Japan with my favorite partner in life/business/travel… these memories spark joy and remind me how grateful I am to have another year of safety, freedom, inner peace, adventure, deeper love & connections… alongside great people to do life with.

Gracias for the trip of a lifetime cariño❣️ by @a_lewy

Please meet my new work alter ego. She likes to design furniture with precision and practicality, always strapped with a tape measure 😄… and is very passionate about all the functions of a smart toilet/bidet! 😄😄 RoboAng came out in full force in China this past January... helping to take Villa del Sol’s amenities to the next level! So guests feel maximum ease & comfort during their stay. Shout out to my partner in crime, Pedro who confidently and patiently co-navigated all this with me and captured the fun. 📸🙌🏽

I learned an eye opening experienc about global manufacturing and how China is more than what the media says. I felt their care, attention to detail, and respect (regardless of my small and modest order)! I fully support quality work/fair trade both locally and internationally.

Shipments arrive in June! Villa del Sol is one step closer to completion! by @a_lewy
