POSTS STORIES REELS

My story started long before the stage.

After having my second child, I felt unfit. That was my starting point.

At 35, I stepped on stage as a bikini competitor.

Those are two chapters of my life and today, I’m sharing them as the woman behind AMJ Coaching. 🤍

Before I became a personal trainer and online coach, I had my own fitness journey. I know what it means to have a starting point that looks very different from the goal ahead.

Competing became part of my story. Your goal might be feeling stronger, walking into the gym with confidence or finding a routine that fits around your family and work.

You don’t need to want a stage to deserve support with your goals.

Today, I help busy women work towards what matters to them.

I’m Agnieszka. A mother, personal trainer and online coach and I’d love to hear what you want your next chapter to look like.

Message me “START” and tell me what you’d like help with.

Monday doesn’t need a new you. 🤍

Before you promise yourself more workouts, stricter meals and earlier mornings, take a look at the week ahead.

Where can training realistically fit?
Which evening will you need an easy dinner?
What can you prepare now to make things simpler?

Give your goals a place in your diary and leave some room for life to happen.

A shorter session still deserves a place.
A simple meal can be enough.
An adjusted plan is something you can keep working with.

Tonight, choose one thing that will make tomorrow easier.

What will yours be? 👇

Save this for your next Sunday check-in.

Everyone can count on you.
But is there room for you, too?

You remember the appointments.
You rearrange your day.
You make sure everyone has what they need.

Then the evening comes, your workout hasn’t happened, and you tell yourself you should have tried harder.

Before judging yourself, ask:
“What did today ask of me?”

Your responsibilities matter. So do the things you want for yourself.

This week, choose one small way to make space:
🤍 Protect a realistic time for your training.
🤍 Have a shorter session ready for busy days.
🤍 Ask someone to share a responsibility.

You can care deeply for other people and still leave room for yourself.

What’s one thing you’d like to make time for this week?

Save this for a day when you need the reminder.

Would you say it to a woman you care about?

The criticism you give yourself in the mirror.
The pressure to look different.
The feeling that whatever you did today wasn’t enough.

Try giving yourself a moment before judging.

What was realistic today?
What am I learning?
What support would help?

You can work towards fitness goals while treating yourself with respect. That might mean a challenging workout, a meal you enjoy, a rest day or asking for help.

The woman in the mirror deserves your kindness, too 🤍

Save this for a day when you need a gentler check-in.

Still lifting the same weight? You could be making progress 🤍

Look a little closer:
✨ Can you complete more reps with good technique?
✨ Do your movements feel more controlled?
✨ Can you move through a greater comfortable range?
✨ Does the same set feel more manageable?

Compare the same exercise under similar conditions over several weeks. One difficult session doesn’t tell the whole story.

Write down your weights and reps—you might be overlooking how far you’ve come.

What’s one gym achievement you’re proud of that has nothing to do with the scales? 👇

Save this for your next session.

What’s missing from your salad? 🥗

Leaves, cucumber and tomatoes are a lovely start. If you’re building a main meal, think about what you can add:

✨ A protein source: chicken, tofu, eggs or beans.
✨ Some carbs: rice, potatoes or bread.
✨ A dressing you enjoy.

On busy days, keep it simple: bagged salad + ready-to-eat protein + microwave rice + your favourite dressing.

Build a meal that suits your appetite, preferences and day 🤍

Save this for your next lunch—and tell me: what’s your favourite protein to add to a salad? 👇

Do you judge your workout by how exhausted you feel afterwards?

For your next strength session, focus on:
✨ Moving with control.
✨ Choosing weights that challenge you while maintaining your technique.
✨ Recording your weights and reps so you can see progress over time.

An extra rep, better control or a gradual increase in weight can tell you more than tiredness alone.

Save this for your next gym session.

What’s one thing you’re scheduling for yourself this week?🤔#AMJCoaching #BusyWomenFitness #MakeTimeForYou #FitnessConsistency #healthyhabits by @a_m_jcoaching

What happens to your fitness routine when life gets busy?

Work runs late. Family needs you. The hour you planned for yourself disappears.

Give yourself a manageable option:
✨ A shorter workout when time is tight.
✨ A simple meal when cooking feels overwhelming.
✨ A walk when that’s what you can manage.
✨ Rest when you need to recover.

One difficult day doesn’t have to become a week of giving up.

At AMJ Coaching, I help busy women build routines that fit their schedules, responsibilities and goals.

Meal prep didn’t happen. Your day still did. 🤍

A late meeting. The school run. Everyone needing something at once.

Keep a couple of protein options ready for those days. Add what works for you and build a simple meal.

The comparison is per 100g of each protein food—not the whole meal. These are example products, so check your own labels.

Save your Plan B, and send it to the friend whose calendar is always full.

Which option would you keep ready? 👇

Build strength for life 💛

Strength training can help preserve muscle and support everyday movement as you age.

Start at your level.
Build gradually.
Make consistency part of your routine.

Busy schedule? Aim for two strength sessions a week, with recovery between.

Your future strength starts with the habits you build today.

Save this reminder and follow AMJ Coaching for practical advice for busy women.

Rest isn’t wasting time — it’s part of the workout. 💪

If your goal is strength or muscle, rushing every set can reduce performance and quality.

Train hard.
Rest with purpose.
Progress properly.

Save this for your next gym session. 🩷
