When you are coordinating an event in the redwoods with over 100 people, and its time to vacate the premises, and your whole event was a labor of family and community love. Bay Area weddings get the benefit of some of the most beautiful forests in the United States within an hours-drive.
This location (Samuel P. Taylor State Park) was beyond perfect for a ceremony held by thousand year old trees.

She was sitting calmly watching the event transpire, and felt effortless, content. Maybe someones sibling, partner, cousin or friend but regardless I felt really captivated by this person and the way the world seemed to quiet and still in the space around them. A kind of liminal wedding photography moment.

Second lines in the New Orleans wedding. The tradition is that after the ceremony we parade around the block led by the brass band, sometimes waving white napkins. Not sure how long this has been a thing but it is a **thing**. One of the unique reasons people like @3gus_bus and @dneitz come get married here.
