160+ sessions, 4 years, and countless hours of hard work.

These two ladies are the definition of consistency, commitment, and dedication. Not only to themselves and their sport, but also to C.A.E. Sports Performance.
We don’t have to talk about all the benefits that come from putting in 160+ sessions over four years because it shows on the field year after year. They took every little thing we talked about, every tool we gave them, and applied it with the goal of becoming the best version of themselves every single day. Becoming the best version of yourself doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a calculated and intentional approach that you commit to daily, regardless of how you feel, what you have going on, or what obstacles stand in your way. Trust God’s plan. Stay focused. Stay driven. Stay consistent. And most importantly, have an unshakable belief in your goals, even when people try to convince you that they’re unattainable.

We’ve always told our athletes that all we do is provide the tools to add to their toolbox. They are the ones who have to take those tools and go perform. Our ultimate goal has always been to bring the best out of every athlete who walks through those doors and watch them succeed; both in their sport and in whatever they choose to pursue in life. Audrey & Julianna, that’s exactly what you two have done, and continue to do. We couldn’t be more proud of the work you’ve put in and the people you continue to become. Wishing you both the best of luck on another season! 🥎🔥🙌🏽

We want to say a huge thank you to @coachchrisachuff for allowing us to come work with his Dline. It’s a blessing to be able to pass on knowledge in the game of football, especially a position I have played for many years and still currently am as a professional.
