Drives like this make me miss home, everything in my life in back to a place that is semi-gone. Fields are now plazas, farms both dairy and tobacco are distributing centers or big box corporations now or solar farms. At times I feel out of place and a foreigner in a place I called home for 20ish years. Even it being an hour and half away feels like a completely different place now. by @a_rivera91

Not a pretty plate but Fondant Potatoes with a 4hr sous vide duck breast at 130 for the perfect medium and ended it with a low and slow seared skin. #fondant #melts #potatoes #duck #rich #creamy #buttery #butterycheeks by @a_rivera91

So glad @dinebonami is back. Another amazing meal shared with such an amazing group. Amuse Bouche rice cracker with caviar and wasabi aoli, Stripped Base Crudo appetizer, Bay Scallops roasted pumpkin hazelnut oil, duck tonkotsu ramen, 72hr short rib, and a Baked Alaskan. Recently Michelin gave out a star to a place in Boston. Quite frankly this experience of eating outshine that by a long shot. Ive eaten at multiple 1-3 star restaurants and not because im pretentious but because I love good food and most are overpriced over rated or just not worth it at all. There are a few i would recommend but most i would tell you to save your money and go to a hole in the wall. But this experience is like anything else. After 3yrs of BonAmi this is the best bang for your buck and best experience with a story that is never the same but also lets you see into chefs mind. 10/10 tell everyone to go. taken in Concord, Massachusetts by @a_rivera91

Nothing brings me more joy than a chicken pot pie. Growing up my mom would always get the Randalls pre-made. Which is one of the Best Chicken Pie hands down. This late night dinner reminds me of Ludlow Mass, where we finally found home and settled there for the last jeez 21yrs. Making friends i still have in my life, finding family forgotten cause of time and moving around in our early years. But this Pot Pie makes me think about my mom the most. Its homie, kinda rough, but good for the soul and makes me wish I spend more time with my mom, I wouldnt be who I am today if it wasnt for her. So this 10pm Chicken Pot Pie is for her. Shes not dead but just missing my mom. by @a_rivera91
