This is next level - Halloween Mode on the Tesla! 😅

Today I got a Model Y loan vehicle from Tesla Nunawading, VIC. First stop was Bunnings and then a self-drive (supervised) to Mori Coffee in Blackburn.

It was so much fun! Mori Coffee review will be on @melbournelovesfood soon 😉

REEL Talk Sunday - 7/11

This is a bit of a long one but I think it’s all very relevant right now and describes an experience relating to the current state of business in Melbourne, Australia. Let me know if it’s relevant in your state too.

It was Saturday morning and I drove down to Fitness First Brighton to attend a mates Body Attack class.

I stopped at 7/11 for a coffee on the way and this is what happened…

Let me know your thoughts in the comments below! 🤗

1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ SESSIONS for Nicki and Anth 🥹❤️💙 HUGE milestone for two very special people in our F45 Mitcham family. ANTH & NICKI!

Where do we even begin with these two!! Anth and Nicki are such an integral part of our community, and anyone who has trained alongside them, especially our 5:30pm crew, knows just how lucky we are to have them ❤️

The kindness, love, energy and genuine care they bring into our studio is something pretty special. Not only are they both so passionate about their own health and fitness, but they’re just as invested in the people around them. Always encouraging, supporting, having a laugh and making everyone feel welcome.

And that’s what we love most about these two. They’ve created so much more than a training routine here. They’ve built incredible friendships, surrounded themselves with wonderful people and truly found a place where they belong. And we think that says so much about the kind of people they are. 🥹

Like any fitness journey, there have been setbacks and challenges along the way, but one thing that never changes is their commitment to showing up, giving it their best and being there for each other and our community.

1000 sessions is an incredible achievement, but the impact you’ve both had on the people around you is worth so much more than any number.

Anth and Nicki, we genuinely couldn’t imagine our F45 Mitcham family without you. You are both an absolute joy and blessing to have in our lives, and we’re so grateful that F45 has brought us all together.

We are SO proud of you both. Thank you for being exactly who you are and for making our little community such a special place to be.

Here’s to another 1000 sessions, plenty more laughs, friendships and 5:30pm afternoons together 😂

Forever part of our F45 family. We love you guys ❤️💙 #F45 #F45Mitcham #F45Family #Mitcham #Community by @a_sos
