Something ancient is rising from the hills of Foča… 🏜️👁️
Our first truly off-the-beaten-path adventure in Bosnia & Herzegovina led us to the Pješčane Piramide (Sand Pyramids) — and we were not prepared for how surreal they looked in person. These rare earth pyramids were shaped naturally over centuries by erosion, wind, rain, frost, and heat, and they can reach about 20 meters tall…..
The drive was its own kind of horror movie: narrow roads, patches of pavement that suddenly turned into dirt, and our GPS leading us deeper into the unknown. We kept wondering if we had taken a wrong turn… until the landscape opened up and revealed these towering, otherworldly formations.
And then—silence. No crowds. No noise. Just us, the wind, and the pyramids watching from the hillside. It felt like stepping onto a film set where the land itself had been sculpted by something unseen.

⚠️ Travel note: I would not recommend this as a solo traveler. The route can feel isolated and challenging, so go prepared, ideally with company, daylight, and a reliable vehicle. If you do visit, please travel safely and respect this fragile natural site.
Happy Halloween to everyone who celebrates—may your travels be magical, your roads less cursed, and your adventures unforgettable. 🎃👻

Golden, amber, and crimson leaves frame the lake, while the still water mirrors every shade of the sky above. A quiet moment where fall colors, soft light, and nature’s reflections come together perfectly. ✨

Autumn 🍂 A reminder that change can be gentle ~ and that letting go can be breathtaking 💓💖💓😊 by @a_world_of_glimpse

Split, you had me at hello… and then almost had me at every intersection 😜
Croatia’s summer capital truly lives up to the name: sun-soaked harbors, golden beaches, charming old-town streets, delicious local food, and locals whose warmth makes you feel right at home. From the ancient walls of Diocletian’s Palace to the sparkling Adriatic, there’s so much beauty to see — and so much to brag about.
The only tiny downside? The driving. Everyone seems to be racing somewhere important… maybe to the beach? 😅
Still, Split, you’re unforgettable — history, sea views, good food, and a whole lot of summer magic. ❤️ id say the best time to visit is always in Autumn, that’s just my opinion, less tourist and cooler weather temperature. Keep on exploring and Happy New week everyone ❤️🌹❤️💖👍

Where water sings over stone and mist kisses the emerald silence, Kravica feels less like a place and more like a dream.

High above Split, where stone walls meet endless views, Klis Fortress feels like stepping straight into another world. This was Meereen in Game of Thrones ~~and walking through its ancient passages, with original filming props still on display, made the fantasy feel real. Now, time to take my place on the Iron Throne. 👑🔥 ~ the iconic, sword-covered seat of the ruler of the Seven Kingdoms in Game of Thrones. It stands in the throne room of the Red Keep in King’s Landing.

Today, Rovinj felt like stepping into a painting … pastel houses leaning over quiet cobbled streets, fishing boats gently rocking in the harbor, and the Adriatic glowing in shades I could never quite capture on camera. We wandered without a plan, letting narrow lanes decide where we would go, and every turn revealed another little balcony, another colorful doorway, another view worth stopping for.
As the sun began to set, we climbed toward the Church of St. Euphemia and watched the town turn golden beneath us. There was no rush, no schedule ~ just the sound of the sea, the smell of salt in the air, and that peaceful feeling you get when a place quietly wins your heart.
Some destinations you visit. Rovinj, you remember. ❤️🇭🇷

Wandering through Zadar felt like stepping between centuries. Ancient Roman stones in the Forum, the timeless round beauty of the Church of St. Donatus, and medieval walls whispering stories of the Adriatic. Then came the sunset 🌅 golden light melting into the sea while the Sea Organ played its slow, wave-made melody and the Greeting to the Sun lit up beneath our feet. An unbelievably magical evening in one of Croatia’s most beautiful cities. #Zadar #CroatiaTravel #SeaOrgan #AdriaticSunset #TravelMoments.

Lost in the beauty of Rastoke, where the Slunjčica River creates over 20 cascades as it flows into the Korana. This historic mill village is proof that some of Croatia’s most magical places are also its most peaceful.💖

First day in Zagreb and my body is officially staging a protest 😅
24 hours of travel, barely any sleep, and I showed up looking like a very polite zombie… but the city was too beautiful to let that stop me.
Drove straight into exploring Upper and Lower Town, wandered cobblestone streets until my feet started complaining, and somehow still had the energy to fall in love with every corner. 📸🎥 Took way too many photos and videos, so consider this a late-post warning😅your feed isn’t ready for the full overload yet.
Tomorrow: castles, cathedrals, and more wandering. We’ll see how my legs feel, but my heart is already fully booked. ❤️
Sorry I won’t be around to chat much until I’m back—offline mode: activated. Enjoy your day, everyone! ✨

Brúarfoss cool name for a waterfall isn’t it ? And it is often called Iceland’s bluest waterfall 💙💙💙 where brilliant glacial-blue water rushes through a wild world of black volcanic rock. A little piece of Icelandic magic. 💙🌊🇮🇸
