I love to dance, gogo, and play with fire!

$Hey y’all! I just finished my last physical therapy session!! Can i get a whoop whoop? I jogged on the treadmill today! And it didn’t hurt :) I can ride my bike and swim with no problem. I can do Bulgarian split squats with 15lbs, leg press with 50lbs, RDLs with 30 lbs, balance on one leg no problem Thank goodnesss i am stronger than before and im only gonna get stronger! If u see me walking around with a resistance band in my purse, don’t worry about it lol. When i was first going to the doctor for my stress fracture, the doctors and nurses were questioning whether or not I’d be able to dance again. Now look at me! Not dancing just yet lol but i can walk with no pain and no cane. I tried to do my splits yesterday and oh boy do i have some stretching to do but mark my words i will have both splits again by the end of the year. Omg i just did a cartwheel for the first in months!!! Literally just now i had to try it out lol Can’t wait to go to first dance class, prob gonna be ballet so i can work out all my technique muscles, but huzzah there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Prob will be in October when im back from tour with my husband’s band. The one thing im most excited for is to FINALLY go on my honeymoon. $Hey y’all, sorry I’ve not been posting. I’m recovering from a stress fracture on my femoral neck (basically where my femur goes into my hip socket). I can’t dance or stretch or workout until August. Hopefully starting physical therapy next month. I’ve just been chilling and walking laps in my pool lol (only approved activity from the orthopedic doctor) Definitely didn’t expect to have to stop dancing for 6 months… i was so excited to dance in Orlando and audition for stuff and have fun but ya know… life happened. Word of advice, if your body is hurting please listen to it. I wish i could go back and listen to myself So thankful for my husband for all he’s done for me and grateful I’m living with my parents atm. Thanks to everyone that’s checked on me. I just wanted to post this bc i feel like I’ve been hiding my situation bc it’s embarrassing lowkey. (This is feeling like a finsta post lol iykyk) Bye for now, if you see me walking around with a cane just know you’re not hallucinating lol by @aa_imeedance$

Hi everyone! One of my goals for 2026 is to post more videos of me dancing, it’s what I love ❤️ I need to get over my fear of posting dance content because perfection is not the goal, progress is. Thank you to all my friends and family who support me in my art and push me to keep reaching for the stars ✨

Here is one of my favorite moments from 2025! Thank you Rylee for such an amazing heels series and teaching us so much more than choreography. And thanks to all the lovely dancers for creating such a welcoming environment every week in class. The lessons we learned will stay with me well through 2026.
