Everybody wants the result. Not everybody wants to understand the system behind it.

I didn’t start with 100+ cars. I started small, learned the business, made plenty of expensive mistakes, reinvested the cash flow and kept repeating what worked.

The cars aren’t the secret.

Knowing what to buy, what to pay, how to position it, how to keep it utilized, and how to build the systems around it is what changes everything.
