Along with other @relaischateaux properties around the world, we’re raising awareness of sustainable seafood this @unworldoceansday. This weekend our Coast restaurant team, led by Chef @aac_boyd were proud to host Chef Mark Lundgaard and the chefs of fellow @relaischateaux restaurant, Copenhagen’s @konghanskaelder; these chefs share a lot in common, including a commitment to protect and promote biodiversity in both field and sea, including working closely with local seafood suppliers that make it possible to source sustainably, this World Oceans Day and every day. #SustainingWhatSustainsUs
