“Why Chemistry?”

She walked through the road less traveled on. She took a risk that others were not willing to take. She is rarer than diamonds. She believed she could so, she did! She is me!

The Graduate🎓:

May 9th, 2026! | Today is the day, MY DAY!

From screaming, “And I’m going to college in 2022” at 5 years old to now graduating college in 2026 with plans to further my education is so surreal! 5 year old me would’ve never imagined graduating from the #4 HBCU; Thee illustrious Tuskegee University🐯 as a first generation college graduate!

I’ve broken the generational curse! I became the first in my family to graduate and attend college. The first to win 4 championships back to back! I created my own legacy.

As this chapter closes, a new opportunity awaits. I’ve sacrificed so much in order to make this possible. There were moments I thought this wasn’t the route for me but through faith and perseverance, I was able to prevail. Huge shoutout to my village and everyone who has supported me!! This degree was earned but this achievement is bigger than a degree. This legacy starts with me!

Thank you Mother Tuskegee!
