Coffee with Creatives is what happens when you put a bunch of curious, creative people in a room and let the conversation do its thing. No fluff, no pressure. Just real talk about the things we’re all navigating in our careers. We’ve got two more sessions this season, and you’re going to want in. April 28 - Career Development Careers don’t look like they used to. Some people climb ladders, some build mosaics, and some accidentally become “the person who does that thing” and run with it. This session is all about the paths creatives actually take—planned, improvised, and everything in between. We’ll get into the questions that don’t show up on job listings: •Do you specialize or stay broad? •Do you chase titles, skills, or environments? •How do you grow without burning out or waiting around to be noticed? Come share what you’re working toward (or trying to avoid), connect with others figuring it out too, and leave with a few fresh perspectives to take your next step. by @aafcm
