My beautiful little baby Sundae went to Heaven this evening surrounded by my mother, father and I in the comfort of our home.

16 years, 5 months and 4 days since the day we brought you home to Medina and the whole neighborhood was waiting for your arrival.

Let’s rewind for a moment. I met you when I was 7 years old, I saw you at the little puppy farm and said to my mom and dad “that one looks like an ice cream Sundae!”. Mom, Dad, Myself and Annika went to pick you up a few weeks later.

Everyone was so excited to meet you. You got to meet my gram and pop and even went out to Naples a few times!

You made it out to NY with us, I was in middle school than, you met all of my friends and put such a big smile on their faces. You were always so good at doing that.

You came back to Minnesota with us and got to meet even more friends. Who loved you so much.

I went to college and I missed you so much. But then the seccond i’d come back home for break there you were barking and going nuts just to see me.

You even made it to the new house.

I love you so much pretty girl, I love when you go on your back and wave your arms asking for more belly rubs, I love feeding you turkey and cookie snack and taking you on long walks around the neighborhood. I love taking you to the drive thru at starbucks and getting you pup cup (even after mom said no).

My beautiful baby, now in Heaven surrounded by those who missed her for many years. My prayers and love extend to all families struggling with grief of their own fluffy friend today.
