Feel free to reach me any times for any mental health related problems.

THE VOICES BEHIND THE CONVERSATION!

This Gandhi Jayanti, we’re coming together for the Gen Z Yamuna Jal Chaupal 2026 — a day of action, conversations and young voices coming together for the Yamuna.

And we’re excited to welcome our speakers!

Mr. Pankaj Kumar : Founder, Earth Warrior

Sandy Khanda: Founder, Green Pencil Foundation | TEDx Speaker | Teach For Nature Fellow, Bhoomi College. Working with school and college students on nature education, youth-led climate action and youth development at the intersection of climate, health and sustainability.

Three voices, different journeys, one shared concern : Our Yamuna.

Let’s come together, listen, learn and ask an important question:

What can WE do for the Yamuna?

Reposting this because of a small technical mistake in the previous upload.

The original video is around 40 minutes and 40 seconds, but by mistake, I could post only the first 15 seconds as a Reel.

I didn’t want to delete the earlier Reel, so I’m keeping it there and reposting the full video here, just to properly document the memory.

A little technical confusion, but finally, here’s the complete video. 🎓

Just one year back… 🎓

Last year, I shared my convocation memories with my people on WhatsApp and LinkedIn, but somehow this beautiful video never made it to Instagram.

So, one year later, I thought of finally sharing it here.

This is a beautiful memory from the day I graduated from Azim Premji University, Bhopal with an M.A. in Education.

Sometimes, we should pause and look back at our own journey. Not just to celebrate a milestone, but to remember where we started and the people who became a part of the journey.

I still remember the journey from a village, to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, then Delhi, and finally Azim Premji University.

Every step had its own story. Every place taught me something. And every person who supported me became a part of this journey.

For some, these may look like simple milestones, but for me, they represent dreams, opportunities, struggles, love, blessings and the people who believed in me.

No matter how far we go, we should never forget where we started. We should keep moving forward, keep learning and keep growing, while staying connected to our roots.

One year of memories, a lifetime of gratitude.

Children don’t just need to learn about nature. They need to experience it.

A textbook can explain an ecosystem, but stepping into a garden lets a child see the spider, follow the ant, touch the soil, watch a butterfly and ask questions.

That is the power of outdoor, experiential nature education.

When children observe nature directly, learning becomes more than a lesson. They begin to understand relationships, biodiversity and their own place within the ecosystem.

At Green Pencil Foundation, we take learning beyond four walls creating opportunities for children to explore, observe, question and connect with nature.

Because a child who develops a relationship with nature today is more likely to care for it tomorrow.

Take the classroom outside. Let curiosity lead the way.
