POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Can't believe I'm finally saying this. My DEBUT ALBUM "...in other words" COMES OUT ON AUGUST 28th!!!!!!!!! Tracklist on the second slide - WHICH TRACK ARE WE CLAIMING?? ☆

So many thanks to give, so much hard work to acknowledge, so many amazing people who inspired and helped me create this project over the last one and a half years. I'll save the soppy, overtly emotionally charged posts for release week. See you then! ☆

One week of '...in other words'. I'd love to introduce you to some of my best friends that helped make this vision a reality... in the soppiest way possible :)

@larsinthedaw needs no introduction... over the last 4 years at LEAST, y'all have consistently seen him across my catalogue, on almost every single song I've put out. This man is the reason I ever got into music beyond writing for others. Beyond that, he has been a pillar in any and every other shape and form.
His credits on the album include production on 'Night After', co-production on 'Spit It Out', 'Call Your Bluff', 'Bombay Heartbreak' and 'A Puppet's Ballad' as well as mixing for 'Where Do You Go?'.

I have never in my LIFE been pushed by someone as hard as @not.landon pushes me. That's my harshest critic, that's my source of inspiration. After disrupting my workflow & forcing me to reinvent it, he reminded me of why I make music in the first place and I could not possibly be more grateful.
His credits on my album include production & backing vocals and mixing on 'Meet You There', a feature on 'Love For You' and mastering across the entire project.

@michel_demello ... my king of percussion. I will never forget how this man taught me how to pick drum sounds on the balcony of our airbnb in LA. I was still producing the most lackluster ballads, hoping he'd be interested in working on my album with me. He one upped me by giving me what I consider the key to my interest in self-producing it. From conversations about god and society to mindless pop music... we really cover it all.
Credits on my album include co-production on 'A Puppet's Ballad' and 'Spit It Out'.

@eligrafmusic is arguably the reason this album exists in the first place. There's so much I could say, from building our first studio to working on music for over 6 years. If she hadn't pushed me into making an album after my last EP, so many other things would not have fallen into place. So many conversations, so much of working througt doubt and apprehension. And let's not get it twisted, she wrote on songs that didn't make THIS album, but there's more to come ;)

oh my god. my album is out. i think i wrote the last song for it around a year ago, but these things take long - especially the first time around. i celebrated the release in the best way possible with the most incredible people around me (and trust, you'll be seeing a whole lot of that very special event very soon!)
i have so, so much to say (as always...) and i'm so excited to get back to life beyond this album lol, but i shall pace myself!

thank u parents! i love this:)

OH AND... on release day @annazoellig announced the arrival of my album on @srf3 AND played 'Love For You' featuring @not.landon / @bbadmilo .. i received the email minutes before my first ever performance, which really gave me the confidence boost i needed. thank you anna, this will always be so cool to me. taken in Zürich, Switzerland by @aakashsonics
