✨Listening Within ~ Expressing Beyond On 24 October, four of us came together at @alrahabeachresortandspa to explore a simple idea ~ how we express ourselves begins with what we nurture within. 🌿 Emotional drivers ~ the needs behind how we think, feel & act 🌿 The gut–brain connection ~ the conversation between our body, microbes & mind 🌿 The chakras ~ an energetic lens on how those needs are expressed Through it all ran one thread ~ yin holds the seed of yang, & yang holds the seed of yin. Listen. Recognise. Balance. 🤍 Thank you to everyone who joined us & to @alrahabeachresortandspa for hosting. Watch this space for details of the upcoming session 💫 #RhythmsOfChange #ListeningWithin #ExpressingBeyond #EmotionalDrivers #GutBrainConnection Chakras HolisticWellbeing by @aamend0nca
✨ From Listening Within to Expressing Beyond ✨ At @rhythms.of.change , each experience opens a new perspective on our journey towards wellbeing. Our recent gathering at Al Raha *Listening Within: The Rhythm of Yin and Yang* invited us to explore the complementary energies within us and how they influence our wellbeing, relationships and everyday lives. We continue this journey on Saturday 24th October with *Listening Within, Expressing Beyond* exploring how our emotional drivers, gut-brain connection and energy centres influence how we feel, respond and express ourselves in the world. 🌿 Because greater awareness of what happens within us can transform how we show up beyond. 📅 24 October 📍 Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa We invite both women and men to join us for our next experience with Rhythms of Change ✨ by @aamend0nca
☯️ LISTENING WITHIN The Rhythm of Yin and Yang ☯️ Our recent gathering, beautifully hosted by @alrahabeachresortandspa , was an opportunity to pause, reflect and explore how these energies influence our wellbeing, our relationships and the way we connect with those around us 💫 Through shared reflections, meaningful conversations and mindful experiences, we explored the importance of honouring the different energies within us and finding greater balance and harmony in our everyday lives. Because wellbeing is not just an individual journey. It is also shaped by how we care for ourselves, one another, our relationships and the environment we share☯️ 💖 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, shared their reflections and contributed to making this gathering so meaningful🌞 Here's a glimpse of our time together, a reminder that when we pause and become more aware, we create space for deeper understanding, connection and growth ✨ ✨ Join us on the next experiential talk 'Listening Within, Expressing Beyond' on 24th October at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa✨ #RhythmsOfChange #ListeningWithin #YinAndYang #HolisticWellbeing #MindBodySoul ConsciousLiving AbuDhabiEvents by @aamend0nca

'Walking the Labyrinth' Rotary Club (July 2026) Thank You to the Rotary Club of Pune, Khadki Chapter for hosting @graceful_reflections @aamend0nca to a wonderful evening. We showcased our book – “Walk Gently – You’re Watching You”, woven around the core concept of Walking the Labyrinth, it’s many layers of self-reflection and intention, how we as individuals can tap into universal energy in our own time and manner. It ended with an opportunity to experience the labyrinth, albeit on paper. Most gratifying was the evening ending on a high note with plenty of interaction, varied individual experiences, lots of questions, and suggestions for the future. #WalkGently #walkingthelabyrinth #holisticwellbeing #mindbodysoul by @aamend0nca

✨️Essence of Graceful Reflections✨️ The real foundation to us achieving excellence is influenced by our own awareness, intuition and insight. Our worldly presence and our impact is a consequence of the way we observe, interpret, and communicate. ✨️ At Graceful Reflections, our intention is simple - to help you pause and reflect, to realise how much our inner world shapes our outer experience. Pondering the existence of a Divine Higher Power? Perhaps contemplating the lack of Divine Intervention in these troubled times? But what exactly is divine intervention? You might find the answer in the lyrics of this Barbara Dickson cover of a Bob Dylan Song, aptly called 'With God on Our Side.' Click the YouTube link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hOqtiMf5H9s or perhaps you could find the song on Spotify or another music streaming site. If everyone believes that God is on their side, how do we make a positive difference in times like this? Have you considered that this just might be Divine Intervention? If so, what’s is the message to humankind? What is the lesson that needs learning? And it’s not just in a war scenario. The history of the world (not the Mel Brooks version) records ‘man’s inhumanity towards man’ more than enough times to give us a wake-up call. But as the old Navajo proverb goes, ‘you can't wake up a man who is pretending to be asleep.’ Perhaps humans are learning from past events - how to take advantage, how the strong, the rich and powerful, can prey upon the weak. Will the meek really inherit the earth? Should we really turn the other cheek? Or do we 'Walk softly, but carry a big stick'? The poetic message is taken from our book ''Walk Gently'' - 'You're Watching You' Vandana Mendonca Graceful Reflections - Vandana Mendonca #WalkGently-you'rewatchingyou #WalkingTheLabyrinth #WithGodonourside #BobDylan #JoahnBaez #BarbaraDickson by @aamend0nca
