'Walking the Labyrinth' Rotary Club (July 2026)

Thank You to the Rotary Club of Pune, Khadki Chapter for hosting @graceful_reflections
@aamend0nca to a wonderful evening.

We showcased our book – “Walk Gently – You’re Watching You”, woven around the core concept of Walking the Labyrinth, it’s many layers of self-reflection and intention, how we as individuals can tap into universal energy in our own time and manner.

It ended with an opportunity to experience the labyrinth, albeit on paper.

Most gratifying was the evening ending on a high note with plenty of interaction, varied individual experiences, lots of questions, and suggestions for the future.

"Walk Gently"

Is a reconnection to our awareness that life is a transformative journey. Encouraging the reader to reflect as they walk through life, using the metaphor of 'Walking the Labyrinth'.

When we 'Walk Gently' through the Labyrinth of life, we surrender to a higher calling and trust in ourselves to walk our path that leads us to profound insights & personal evolution.

'You're Watching You'

Is a reminder that we are our own highest observer. This self-awareness supports our 'Presence' through life.

We look forward to sharing more soon.

With Gratitude
Tony & Vandana

✨Listening Within ~ Expressing Beyond

On 24 October, four of us came together at @alrahabeachresortandspa to explore a simple idea ~ how we express ourselves begins with what we nurture within.

🌿 Emotional drivers ~ the needs behind how we think, feel & act
🌿 The gut–brain connection ~ the conversation between our body, microbes & mind
🌿 The chakras ~ an energetic lens on how those needs are expressed

Through it all ran one thread ~ yin holds the seed of yang, & yang holds the seed of yin.

Listen. Recognise. Balance. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who joined us & to @alrahabeachresortandspa for hosting. Watch this space for details of the upcoming session 💫

💗 As October draws to a close, may its message of breast health awareness stay with us throughout the year.
On 23 October, I had the pleasure of being invited to share my holistic and consciousness perspective at 'Glow In Pink' — a sunset gathering of hope and healing, beautifully organised by @lodyana.spa @marsanahudayriyat

A beautiful synergy emerged between medicine, with @amalaboumerhi and holistic wellbeing, with myself, highlighting the importance of both in the context of prevention and healing.

❤️ A few holistic wellbeing reminders

✨️ Trust your body's wisdom and learn to listen to its language.
✨️ Nurture yourself through rest, sleep, nourishing food and mindful movement.
✨️Find peace and strength through prayer, meditation and mindfulness.
✨️ Make space for joy, creativity and experiences beyond your health journey.
✨️ Allow yourself to receive support, share responsibilities and lean on those who care.
✨️ Best Holistic Prevention is in understanding your tools of wellbeing. Therefore, if you ever need to tap into them, you have a healthy relationship with your 'Tool Kit' of wellbeing.

The gathering ended on a beautiful note with Kintsugi — the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold.
As @Salmaartstudio guided the art activity, I shared a Kintsugi-inspired reflection, meditation and poetry from Graceful Reflections.
What if we could see our own journeys through the eyes of Kintsugi?
Even when life's circumstances leave us feeling broken, we can begin to bring our pieces together with kindness, nurturing and courage. Our experiences need not diminish us; they can become part of the beauty, strength and wisdom we carry forward. Sometimes, it's about discovering the wisdom in our experiences and embracing who we are becoming. 💛

Through the acronym KINTSUGI, we reflected on:
💛 Kindness • Integrity • Nurture • Transformation
💛 Strength • Unity • Grace • Inspiration

💗 With gratitude to @LodyanaSpa, Madam Nsreen and Mariam Kamal for inviting me. Dr. Amal Abou, @Salmaartstudio and @Yamenallam and @aamendonca it was an honour to share the space with you all and everyone who was with us. Stay Blessed 🙌 by @graceful_reflections

Some days leave you with more than memories… they leave you with a little more warmth in your heart. 💗

Yesterday’s Pink Day was full of creativity, meaningful conversations, and beautiful moments shared through art.

A heartfelt thank you to
@lodyana.spa and it's owner Madame Nesreen & their events manager Mariam Kamal

for bringing us together for such a meaningful day, to everyone who organized and supported the event, and to every woman who joined our workshops and shared a little piece of herself with us.

Thank you for the conversations, the smiles, the colours, and the openness to try something new. You made these moments special. 🤍

And a special thank you to the lovely meditation facilitator Vandana Mendonca
@graceful_reflections

for sharing her thoughts on mental well-being and the beautiful Kintsugi poem written by her husband Tony @ aamend0nca
. ✨

Art doesn’t have to be perfect. Sometimes, it simply gives us a space to pause, express, and connect.

———

✨ LISTENING WITHIN, EXPRESSING BEYOND ✨

An experiential journey with Rhythms of Change
How we express ourselves in the world begins with what is happening within us.

Our emotions, the needs that drive us, our physical & mental wellbeing and our inner energy are more connected than we may realise. When we become more aware of these inner dimensions, we create space to move beyond habitual reactions and express ourselves with greater clarity, balance and intention.

Join us as we explore three interconnected dimensions of our inner world:

🌿 Emotional Drivers — Understanding the underlying needs and motivations that influence how we think, feel and act.

🌿 The Gut–Brain Connection — Exploring the fascinating relationship between our microbiome and our physical, mental & emotional wellbeing.

🌿 The Influence of the Chakras — Discovering how our emotional needs, body and energy centres can offer another perspective on our inner awareness.

We will bring these insights together through a personalised self-assessment of our emotional drivers, because the way we show up in the world is influenced by what we nurture within.

We invite both women and men to join us for this shared exploration of self-awareness, inner balance and conscious expression.

✨ From Listening Within to Expressing Beyond ✨

At @rhythms.of.change , each experience opens a new perspective on our journey towards wellbeing.

Our recent gathering at Al Raha
*Listening Within: The Rhythm of Yin and Yang* invited us to explore the complementary energies within us and how they influence our wellbeing, relationships and everyday lives.

We continue this journey on Saturday 24th October with
*Listening Within, Expressing Beyond*
exploring how our emotional drivers, gut-brain connection and energy centres influence how we feel, respond and express ourselves in the world.

🌿 Because greater awareness of what happens within us can transform how we show up beyond.
