A couple weeks ago, our FPM family spent two days diving into Gallup CliftonStrengths, and we’re still carrying it with us. 💪🐾

We took the assessment, discovered our top 5 strengths, and had real conversations with each other about how we lead, how we handle conflict, and how our strengths work together as a team. Caps on, certificates in hand, and more connected than ever. 🎓

Thank you to the Freshman Academy, and a special thank you to Aaron Dixon, for making this experience possible. 🙏🏾

And thank you to our Gallup strengths speakers, Chassity Wickware and Charles McClendon, for guiding us through it all. Your energy and insight made these two days unforgettable. ❤️

Knowing your strengths is step one. Using them to serve our freshmen is the real work.

But that’s not all… 👀

This recap captures just a glimpse of what our student leaders experienced. Watch the full video to see the retreat come to life and get a look at how our leaders are getting ready for YOU, Class of 2030! by @aamu_fpm
