"Man jadda wa jadda" (مَنْ جَدَّ وَجَدَ) is a famous Arabic proverb that translates to "whoever strives shall succeed" or "he who works hard will find what he seeks." It means that true effort, focus, and deep determination always lead to results.

In Islam, stress, grief, and trials are viewed as natural parts of the human experience that serve as hidden blessings. They act as a means to wipe away past mistakes, build spiritual endurance, and draw a person closer to Allah through prayer, patience (sabr), and trust (tawakkul)
