Four years ago, I moved over twelve hours away from my hometown to attend North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. Since arriving at the nation’s greatest, largest HBCU and the #1 producer of Black engineers, my life has changed in ways I could’ve never imagined.

I found opportunity, purpose, and a version of myself I had yet to discover. I’ve built lifelong relationships, experienced unforgettable moments, uplifted my community, learned lessons that will stay with me forever, and found myself in spaces I never imagined I would be in.

Not too bad for a kid from Little Rock.

One day from now, I walk the stage, but this is only the beginning.

Thank you, God. Thank you, A&T. 💙💛
