POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After so much time, dedication, and heart, Desirae and I brought @opulence.eq to life, driven by our deep love for youth and women’s sports. This journey is about giving back to the community that has shaped us. Through my personal experiences in all kinds of sports, we recognized the need for a greater effort in uplifting and supporting our communities. We’re beyond grateful to be official partners with Athletes Unlimited Basketball and so many others. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to shine a spotlight on Nashville in 2025 for @auprobasketball.

What me & @lovely_rebel6 have built isn’t just for us it’s for every single person who’s dreamed, tried, conquered & failed. We are excited to bring philanthropy with no bounds to Nashville & surrounding areas.

I get asked all the time how I keep my hair intact, so here’s what a real wash day routine looks like after a long week in the saddle & under a helmet 🚴🏾‍♀️🚿

I use the LOC method (liquid first, oil second, cream last)
I also do wash my hair every Sunday, it does get wet in the shower almost daily.

The Wash Day Lineup:
🧴 The Reset: @ilovethedoux Breakdown Clarifying Shampoo
🧴 The Slip: @giovannicosmetics Smooth As Silk Conditioner
🧴 The Moisture: @skalabrasil_us Deep Moisture Cream
💧 The Seal: 100% Castor Oil

What’s your routine?

From @musiccitycrits to @tourofamericasdairyland … this was such a great week of racing & also my first big race out of the state.. I met some really cool people & crushed some of my old metrics thanks to the amazing @brecknball_coaching (you absolutely need her as you coach, she’s the best)... cheers to getting better, being humbled & also absorbing everything like a sponge & special thanks to @hubyouthcycling for taking great care of me & my bike while in Dairyland.

Also got to see the infamous @juswilliamz maneuvering a large field like the pro he is!

Wisconsin you have my heart… we had SO MUCH cheese
Huge thanks to @alyssa_birkeland & Linus for hosting us, we’re besties now 🫶🏽
And as always many thanks and all the love I could ever give to my @lovely_rebel6 for making the best meals, accompanying me & being the absolute best partner anyone could ever ask for… I love you pumpkin

Lastly, SOMEBODY PLEASE BUY ME A 4Runner… this diesel is wiping me OUT. Next stop: @bikechicagogrit taken in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by @aaraven

My “lady friend” took me to work with her… Mind you. I’m unpaid, overworked & hungry…. But I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
Go buy some flowers from my girl ( @sculpted_alchemy ) & also follow her floral design page @sculpted_alchemy

Part 1: I haven’t been on the bike since my surgery & it shows.. I missed my 1st race in September due to the surgery which was a momentum kill… now I’m back on the bike trying to recoup my fitness slowly but surely. 🫠 by @aaraven
