One year ago today, August 29, 2025, I made a decision to start.

I didn’t know exactly what the next 365 days would look like. I just knew I needed something to change.

Today, I’m over 120 pounds down.

There’s a lot I could say about this past year — and I will... The physical transformation is only part of the story!

But for today, I just want to take a moment and look at how far I’ve come.

365 days later. And I’m not done. 🖤

First public weekly weigh-in ✔️ then a grocery run with me.

Blue cheese on Chick-fil-A mac & cheese might be where I lose some of y’all 😭

Anyway… little food, little gym prep, little fit check, little outside time.

A little love, a little groove, a little Baltimore 🖤

Caught @alexvaughn , gave y’all the fit, ate a lil something, and enjoyed a day outside in the city. 10th Annual Love Groove Festival was a vibe ✨

The before & after is easy to post.

This is the part you don’t always see.

The thoughts, the setbacks, the changes, the things I had to admit to myself… all of it.

One year later, I’m still figuring it out. Still growing. Still becoming.

This one is a little longer, a little more raw, and very much me.

If you’ve ever had to fight to become a different version of yourself… this is for you. 🖤
