Today, I’m sharing Joshua’s testimonial because the best proof of a transformation isn’t just a before and after picture it’s how you feel, move, and live after the transformation.

Proud of your journey, Joshua. 18 kg down. A stronger version built.💪🔥

For many people in the tech industry, long hours of sitting, limited movement, poor posture, irregular meals, and mindless snacking slowly become part of everyday life. Joshua was no different. He came in with significant posture imbalances, a sedentary lifestyle, irregular diet patterns, and frequent snacking. So, we didn’t start by simply trying to make him lose weight.

We started by fixing the foundation improving his diet routine, working on gut health, restoring posture and alignment, and bringing movement back into his daily life. Once the foundation was rebuilt, the next 6 months focused on structured training building strength, developing lean muscle, improving conditioning, and gradually reducing his body weight in a sustainable way.

No crash diets. No extreme fasting. No unnecessary supplements. Just proper guidance, consistent training, better habits, and patience.

78 kg → 60 kg. But this was never just about losing weight.

The first 2 months were all about rebuilding the foundation posture, mobility, alignment, and learning to move better. His lifestyle had become very inactive, so we started by bringing movement back into his life.

Then came 6 months of structured training, gradual muscle development, and better movement quality. There were no forced diets, extreme fasting, or unnecessary supplements just sustainable habits, better food choices, consistent training, and patience.

18 kg down but the real transformation goes far beyond the scale.

Better posture. Better movement. More lean muscle. More confidence. And most importantly, a completely different relationship with an active lifestyle.
