Every morning before school, my dad would lay his hand on my head and pray Psalm 91 over me, speaking protection, peace, and divine guidance long before I understood it. It was my parents’ faith that covered me and shaped me.

Now I do the same for my daughter. In a world that breeds fear and anxiety, praying Psalm 91 over her is not just tradition, it is spiritual warfare. It is entrusting her to the ultimate Protector and believing His angels guard her in all her ways.

This is how faith becomes legacy, placing our children under God’s care and building a spiritual shield for the battles they will face.

I don’t want to raise good kids…

I want to raise kids who know Jesus.
Who know His Word.
Who know how to worship Him.
Who know His presence from a young age.
And who know exactly where to run when life gets hard.

I want my children to know Jesus for themselves, not just know Him through me. ❤️‍🔥📖

I love Jesus. I love my family. I love ministry. But I had to learn that not everything I love can have the same priority.

Before I preach about Jesus, I need to spend time with Jesus. Before I serve Him publicly, I need to seek Him privately. My relationship with God must come before my work for God.

I can preach to crowds, travel to nations, and tell people about the love of Jesus. But I must never become so busy serving others that I neglect the people God has entrusted to me at home. My family deserves more than what’s left of me.

I believe in preaching the Gospel, reaching the lost, and seeing lives changed by Jesus. But ministry is not my identity above everything else. It is an assignment from God that must flow from a healthy relationship with Him, knowing who I am in Christ, and faithfulness at home.

It’s possible to be so occupied with doing things for the Kingdom that we neglect our walk with the King. I don’t want to just do things for Jesus. I want to walk with Jesus.

What would it profit me to reach the world if I failed to love and lead my own family well? The people closest to me should experience the love of Jesus I preach to everyone else.

My priorities are simple: God first. Family next. Ministry flows from that.

I’m not saying I’ve mastered it. I’m saying I’m learning to live it.

Because I don’t just want to preach Jesus to the world. I want my life at home to reflect Him too.

We live in a culture that can normalize almost anything when it’s packaged as "fun," "tradition," or "just for the kids."

But as parents, we have a responsibility to teach our children discernment, not just acceptance.

Halloween is not something I want my children to blindly participate in because "everyone else is doing it." I want them to understand what they are seeing, what they are celebrating, and most importantly, what God’s Word says.

My daughter may be young, but I pray she grows up knowing the difference between what is popular and what is pleasing to God.

Parents, don’t underestimate what your children can learn. Teach them to discern. 🙏🏽

What a powerful evangelism outreach initiative in Scarborough, Ontario today! 🙌🏽🔥 Truly blessed to be part of it!

Over 300 people registered, and we witnessed salvations, healings, and seeds being sown for the Kingdom! 🙏🏽❤️‍🔥

Thank you to Evangelist Harry and MFT Church for organizing this powerful outreach. It was a blessing to see the Body of Christ come together to reach the lost and make Jesus known! ✝️🔥
