My favourite weekend. And this is our TENTH year visiting An Blascaod Mór. Such an adventure every year. I know I've said this before but I HOPE I will always be able to travel to this gorgeous place.

What a gorgeous weekend celebrating Alan's birthday. We stayed in a castle! (@thecastlecastletownshend highly recommended!), had the most incredible food experience (@dede_at_the_customs_house also highly recommended!) and just enjoyed the beauty of West Cork and the briefly glorious weather. by @aaronbarrylong

And that's a wrap! What an extraordinary adventure it's been @ballymaloecookeryschool

It's taken me a week to decompress, to try and process everything and to ease my way back into real life. I've spent half the time trying to curate photos that summed up my experience over 12 weeks and really I only need one.

Above and beyond, what made this experience so unforgettable was the group of people that I got to share it with.

I genuinely believe that I've made friends from all over the world who will be with me in some capacity for the rest of my life. Thank you so much for bringing me out of myself, for hugging me when I cried, for dancing with me, for listening to my impressions and for cooking with me and FOR me! ❤️

Thank you to the wonderful chefs who taught me everyday, who shared their wealth of knowledge with me and boosted my confidence with their praise (and educated me with their constructive criticism!). Grazie mille!

@rorysfood is a style icon,a culinary genius and a raconteur like no other. I aspire to one day be as knowledgeable and eloquent (and dapper).

And finally a HUGE thank you to the extraordinary human being that is @rachelallencooks. Rarely have I met a warmer, more caring, inclusive and talented person. You made every single person feel looked after while working like a Trojan. You are a very special person indeed.

Here's to new adventures! Watch this space... by @aaronbarrylong

My favourite late night of the year! Happy Oscars Night to all who celebrate. (I'll need to upgrade my charcuterie board after graduation).

Watched Hamnet today in prep and honestly Jessie Buckley better win! What a transcendent performance.
