I’m thrilled to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Pfeiffer University.

First and foremost, I want to give thanks to God for blessing me with the opportunities and strength to reach this moment. I am beyond grateful for his guidance and the path he has created for me.

Next, I want to thank my parents for their many sacrifices and immense support they provided throughout my journey to unlock this opportunity. Also, I would like to thank my siblings, friends and rest of my family for their unconditional love and constant support over the years.

Additionally, I’d like to thank all of my club and High School coaches, especially Coach Mattoon, Coach Fierstein, Coach Bookman, and Coach Martin for their continuous drive to help me grow both on and off the field.

Lastly, I would like to thank Coach T.Nelson, Coach Sadler, Coach J.Nelson and the rest of the Pfeiffer family for this incredible opportunity. #GoFalcons by @aaronbrez

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: AARON BREZOVEC 💪🏽🤼‍♂️🏈🥍🖤🐾

Next up is Aaron!!!! Aaron has been a part of the Cougars wrestling program for 4 years, and throughout that time he has always pushed himself to be better. No matter the challenge, Aaron is constantly trying his hardest to improve his wrestling and give his best effort every single day 💪🏽🔥

This season, we wish we could’ve seen Aaron compete more on the mat, but an injury kept him from doing what he loves. Even so, that never stopped him from being there for his team. Aaron continued to show up to events, support his teammates, and bring positive energy whenever he could. Known for always smiling, laughing, and keeping spirits high, he’s someone who makes the room better just by being in it.

Whether it’s wrestling, football, or lacrosse, Aaron has shown what true dedication looks like—being there for his team even when he doesn’t have to be. His loyalty and commitment prove that being a Cougar is more than just competing; it’s about supporting each other through everything.

✨ Favorite Event: Seahawk Camp beach trip
💭 Favorite Memory: Winning my first varsity match at WJ
⏳ Years Wrestling: 4 years
🎓 College Plans: Undecided
🥍 Future Plans: Playing lacrosse in college

We are so proud of you, Aaron, and thankful for everything you’ve given to this program. Your hard work, positivity, and team-first attitude will never be forgotten. Cougars Wrestling won’t be the same without you. Once a Cougar, always a Cougar ❤️🖤🐾 by @aaronbrez
