Project Godson

Started as an existing HMO one of the nuisance HMOs in Croydon and is now fully transformed into 6 studio units.

This project tested me on every level…
✔️ Layout issues
✔️ Compliance hurdles
✔️ Unexpected delays

Honestly, it felt like everything that could go wrong, did. But the lessons from this one have genuinely levelled me up as a developer.

Grateful it’s finally done, grateful for the growth, and grateful for the team who helped push this over the line.

On to the next chapter. 🚀 taken in London, United Kingdom by @aarond98

A full transformation from shell to finish 🔑

Turned this old Victorian Flat into a clean 3 bed duplex in the heart of Clapham.
Now under offer and looking sharp 🔥

High ceilings, slick finish, proper flow throughout. It’s been a journey, but the end result speaks for itself 💎

Always good to see the finish line on projects 🙌🏽

Q1 was all about completing these two flips — main focus was on getting them done right. Now they’re wrapped up and ready to go on the market.

Time to get them under offer and shift focus to and buy more generating assets.

Stay focused. Stay consistent. The results follow. by @aarond98

Spent last weekend on-site visiting my properties and Freddie’s new property. This is what you achieve being a part of the @learn_property community 👥

Property isn’t just about the deals, it’s about the journey, the mindset, and the people you grow with. Seeing members of this community take real steps toward their goals is what it’s all about.

We don’t just talk about results, we take action. Proud to be surrounded by ambitious individuals who are making things happen! 🚀 taken in London, United Kingdom by @aarond98
