After 6 months of hitting it hard on my body, I'm not satisfied. And that's the cause of what I'm eating. That's my biggest problem with me getting into the shape I want. However, that doesn't mean I'll stop. Just need to change old habits and turn it into a new one. People say just have one cheat meal a week. 32 years old, time is just so fast. Hopefully, my anxiety doesn't continue to get the best of me, so I can actually enjoy it more. Cheers to 31. I've grown into a somewhat responsible adult. Late in life, but I caught up just in time. 32 is all about saving. Never thought I'd be this skinny 🤧 it's a crazy feeling. But I do like it, I don't feel fat and bloated all the time, I have way more energy to get me through the day. Sometimes I have too much energy that I hit the gym 🏋️‍♂️ 💪. My confidence has gone way up and I'm glad I'm not feeling insecure about my body anymore. I can wear my old clothes from 5 years ago. All the hard work I've put into myself has been something I've never done. I've played all type of sports as a kid but never trained for it.
