ADCOLOR FUTURE, 2026

I’ll be honest. As a pre-teen up until my early 20s, I would word vomit all over social media, mistaking it for a journal. By the time I fully grasped just how unsafe and predatory this “space” could be, I committed to a hard reset and decided to be present only for the most paramount events in my life, which did not include my work.

That choice to conceal my contributions from the internet’s peering eyes has haunted me for years. Did I stunt my own growth? Was I blinded by [what I recognize now to be] fear and pretentiousness? In an effort to not conform to the “performance” of social media, I subconsciously ushered my absence to its main stage — where nobody cared.

A Morehouse brother of mine named Joshua Stewart once told me that God created me to be a star, and I needed to stop hiding my light from the world. If he could see it, why couldn’t I?

Well, allow me to shed some light on this:

It is with immense pleasure that I announce that I have been named a 2026 [@adcolor] FUTURE. From building campaigns for brands like Walmart, WhatsApp, and General Motors with [@madebymonks] to community building through experiential activations with [@socialclub.us], I’m honored to be recognized for my work.

I look forward to helping the next generation of stars find their light.
