Another transformation post. I really came from nothing.

However as I have looked over the past few years on my lifting journey I realized how much of a blessing it is to do what I love every single day. There are so many people out there who are unable to use their body the way they want to because due to illness, birth defects, injury, or mental health, and it helps me understand how much of a blessing it is for me to use my mind and body like this to push, grow, struggle and become better. Count your blessings, be kind to everybody, and especially be positive at all times. A positive mindset is the key to success by @aaronhlifts

Don’t give up when things get hard, push trough and see the progress you will make. Love others and don’t be negative
