Grateful to have placed as a semifinalist in the 30th Annual Fade In Awards Horror Competition for The Slipping! Thrilled to share a story with strong female leads and a Latino perspective. #horror #screenwriting #writerdirector #fadeinawards by @aaronisaacvasquez

The Slipping Proof of Concept/Sizzle Trailer - 4K YouTube link in bio

Logline -A haunted detective investigates the brutal murder of a city's founding family, uncovering a dark secret in a cave beneath their estate that threatens to unravel the city's history.

The road to completing this wasn’t easy. Multiple setbacks, reschedules and ultimately changing the whole approach from what it was supposed to be, for the better though.

One step closer to getting this feature film funded, out of development, and into production! Know any investors? Please send them my way. 🙏

Shoutout to the friends made and the best creative individuals! None of this could have been done without their collaborative minds helping me bring this to life.

‘The Slipping’ clinched a finalist spot at the Los Angeles International Horror Film Festival. While the festival isn’t the biggest name out there, this was the first official selection I’ve gotten for a screenplay. Nonetheless, it means the world to me! ✍️ 🎬✨
