A bit of a full-circle moment…

Earlier this year, I attended The Outdoor Expo as a visitor.

I was there to support and watch fellow former Royal Marine @_mitchhutch take to the stage and share his incredible story.

Next March, I'll be the one taking to that stage.

I'm incredibly excited to announce that I'll be speaking at The Outdoor Expo 2027, sharing my journey so far and what I've learned about resilience when life and your biggest plans don't go the way you expected.

From being seriously injured in Afghanistan and losing my leg below the knee, to rebuilding my life, pushing myself through sport and adventure, appearing on Channel 4's Hunted, and most recently attempting to cycle 2,517 miles across America on Route 66.

Route 66 didn't end with the world records I'd gone there to achieve.

But that's become an important part of my story.

Resilience isn't just about reaching the finish line. Sometimes it's about what you do when you're forced to stop before it.

And I'm definitely not stopping.

At the Expo I'll also be revealing more about two huge challenges I'm taking on in 2027, both of which could see me attempting to put another two world records to my name.

The first will take me across some of the UK's highest mountains.

The second is going to take things to an entirely different level. 🏔️

There's also a much bigger vision developing through Limbitless Adventures, using adventure, challenge and adversity to show what's possible when we stop allowing our circumstances to dictate our future.

To think I walked into the Expo this year as a spectator and will return next year as a speaker is pretty special.

See you on the stage in March!

Cape Verde 🇨🇻☀️ A little update from me…

After everything that happened on Route 66, it’s been good to get away with the family, slow things down for a bit and focus on getting the body right.

The injuries are heading in the right direction and I just want to say a massive thank you for all the messages, comments and support since the ride came to an end. I genuinely didn’t expect the response we received. ❤️

Route 66 might not have ended the way I dreamed it would, but I know that it wasn’t the ending at all.

What we created, the people we reached and the community that came together around that journey has given me a lot to think about.

And trust me…

There are some BIG things coming. 👀

The next chapter might just be the most exciting one yet.

For now though… recovery, family time and a little Cape Verde sunshine. 🇨🇻

It ain’t over ‘til it’s over 💪🏻

After a few days to process everything, it finally feels like I’m able to look at the positives.

This challenge may have ended sooner than I ever wanted it to, but it’s definitely not the end of the road.

In fact, conversations about what comes next are already underway. Once I’m fully recovered and healed, I’ll be taking on another challenge... whatever that may be.
