This past summer I achieved an important career milestone by producing a full length album for the first time. To say I had fun would be an understatement. I made some of my favorite music I’ve ever worked on, learned more than I can put into words, and discovered that sunflower seeds are the best snack for concentration. I’m forever thankful to @mayamanuela_ for trusting me to bring this project to fruition and I couldn’t be more proud of it! Huge thank you to Maya and the wonderful people who co-wrote and co-produced these incredible songs (I’d love to hang in person some time soon if that’s ok lol) and also an extremely important thank you to @_alimiller for being unbelievably supportive as I navigated this experience and for putting up with my absurd noon-7am sleep schedule for 3 months. I feel pretty freakin lucky to have been a part of this! by @aaronmuckala

Written with fantastic @blakervby and produced with the goat @aaronmuckala mastered by @danshike I hope you love this song as much as I loved writing it. There’s something really specifically painful about knowing a girl and knowing that she’s trying to intervene in your relationship. This is part fiction but mostly true, I wish her well, everything makes sense in hindsight but I hope it is cathartic if you’ve been through a similar thing. American doll is finally out which means I can FINALLY officially announce (after months of saying I shouldn’t saying this but I’m going to at shows) that my debut album “American doll” is coming out in November! I wrote this one with the wonderful @martinmatt and it was produced and mixed by bestie @aaronmuckala and mastered by the incredible @danshike cover shot by my favorite @alex.knies and the canvas was shot by @aiden.productions can’t WAIT to share the full album with you, come out to a show to hear some unreleased tracks next month ❤️ by @aaronmuckala

Radio station!!! The bitter sweet memory of a time when the radio was the only option and every song played was played 100 million times over, summers days were long but the season went quick. Flower child - thank you mom for all you’ve given me and all you’ve taught me, for teaching me to pray and to be grateful, to look to nature for healing and to God for comfort. This has to be one of my favorite and most personal songs even though it’s not about me - I’m overly protective and precious with you but I also want the world to get to experience the love that you’ve given me and the love that you hold for the world.
