This has been a long time coming.

I’ve worked hard over many years and been fortunate to earn some great opportunities in sport, but this one feels particularly special.

Representing my country has been something I’ve thought about for years, and to have the opportunity now means a great deal to me.

I’m proud to share that I will be the Team Physiotherapist for Team Bermuda at the upcoming Commonwealth Games.

I’m honoured to be part of such a historic team, surrounded by talented athletes and staff.

U18 National Final Fours. Champions.

It has been a long road.

A cup final loss. A home semifinal gone by one possession.
But this group never stopped growing.
To see the maturity and development in these young people makes every bit of it worth it. The winning is just a byproduct of that mental and physical growth.

And the people alongside them. The medical staff, the coaching staff. The care and commitment they pour into these young people is something I do not take for granted. The relationships I have built with them mean more to me than I can put into words.

I feel blessed to do what I do, with the people I do it with.

⭐️ Reflecting on one of the most challenging, yet rewarding, years of my life. I am deeply grateful for my family and the support system around me.

I am thankful for the opportunity to continue contributing to something greater than myself.

Loss this year has reinforced an important lesson: inaction carries a heavier regret than failure ever could.
