Real talk, I’m just full of gratitude right now. I thought I was simply helping people protect their retirement, pass down a legacy, and maybe give a few folks an opportunity during government downsizing, but I never imagined it would turn into moments like flying across the country on a jet for a business conference. Giving our business partners the opportunity to experience this…just shows how good the Lord truly is!! Sometimes big things really do start small, and I’m even more excited because I get to share experiences like this with my family and see it all come full circle. by @aaronwillcentral

Just full of gratitude. 🙏🏾

Crazy what can happen when your 5–9 starts to open more doors than your 9–5.

I used to be skeptical too. School. Degree. Military. Career. Work 30 years. Make multiple six figures, maybe more if I worked long and really hard. Build the investment portfolio. Retire. That was the blueprint.

And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.

But what if there’s more?

I used to think almost anything outside of the traditional path was a scam. Truth is, I wasn’t always informed…I was underexposed.

For those few people who know in their heart that God has more for them: you’re not weird. You’re not greedy. You’re not wrong for wanting more impact, more freedom, ownership of your time, and more for your family.

Sometimes God has to put you in a different room just to expand your vision of what’s possible.

Who has the Lord placed in your life to expand your vision for MORE? 🙏🏾

Years ago someone gave me (then a recent college grad and navy vet) an opportunity--it was all that I could ask. That opportunity changed my life. Today, I'm giving back to some of the best of us, by providing entrepreneurship opportunities to veterans. Whether the venue is at the local VFW or MGM Grand's massive convention hall, I'm here to serve those who have already given so much. It was sooo worth taking off of work to build with our service members. Let's goooo!!!

I’m just going to drop this right here and let it bless you today. May my bro, @mandela_simmons minister to your heart and remind you that there is NOTHING too high or too low, no trouble, no mistake, no heartache, and no amount of success that can ever separate you from the love of Christ. ❤️🙌🏾 #wonderfulblood #jesus #faith #godslove #forgiveness by @aaronwillcentral

Team game night with a few brokers and agents..even had my cousin out! 🎲 Had a blast with the kids and families, making memories and building culture beyond the business. It’s about more than work. It’s about the people we build with! 🙌🏽

😂 Set my brother up with a sale! He’s a pastor AND one of the best professionals at Lexus of Towson. Out here working hard! 🤣 You were going to buy a Lexus anyway, so why not buy it from him?! I love sending referrals and watching my people win! Everybody eats! 💪🏾🔥

Don’t win at the wrong thing. You could find yourself alone at the top. Success means nothing if you lose the people and purpose that mattered along the way.

Gym before I lead our 7AM group for entrepreneurs. Building the body, building the business, but most importantly, building the relationship with God. Iron sharpens iron.

Speaking at my mentor’s church in the DMV, and I wanted my son to be part of it. I take him to the gym. I take him to church. I take him to see what we’re building in business. Not just telling him what to do. Showing him what it looks like. I’m not perfect but I know he’s watching. I’m building. And I’m intentional about what I’m leaving with him.
