Taipei Marathon 2025

跑步如果不難，那叫散步!

今年是我第一次跑台北馬半馬，一年前還是跑步小白的我覺得自己能夠跑進100分鐘就不錯了，最後我已97分鐘21秒完賽，ranked 969 out of approx 17000 runners. 撐過終點的那一刻，真的太爽了!

其實當天的氣溫偏高又濕，不是很好跑。中間好幾次都想放棄。尤其下了中山橋後，上橋下橋又補給，心跳整個飆上來，真的很難維持4分半的配速。 at 13k, 看到我老婆 @irisyipwanyee 帶著我三個可愛的小朋友搖旗吶喊，我告訴我自己一定要撐下去 make them proud，讓我的孩子們知道 if you put your mind to it, you can do anything! 就這樣，我一直維持著4分半的配數直到終點！

謝謝@episodedaantaipei @episodehsinchu 我的員工，陪老闆做了一次瘋狂的舉動，不只贊助了這次台北馬，還要你們跟著跑，也希望大家都現在養成運動的習慣。謝謝教練 @tyson.wu_tw 啟發了我這個不太認真的學生，還有 @alvin.0101 @morrispon @bailingguo.priest @vespa.12.17 @tyrawang_ @mr.thomas_________ @mark.raine @shawn800910 @annalo @_ifihadahifi_ 謝謝你們的參與 making team Episode 更強大！

最後我要謝謝我自己for being brave and perseverant. 這是給過幾個月就50歲的自己一個最好的禮物。

Just about a year ago, I started running coz I got invited by HSBC Mastercard (huge thanks to @mscwinter ) to run at Tokyo Marathon. Last week, I ran 97 min at Taipei marathon HM. Like many of you, I used to think running was the most tedious activity ever. Little did I know, I now feel running is the most rewarding, character shaping and liberating sport! I’m now hooked for life.. let’s keep running! 🏃 🏃 🏃 by @aaronwlchan_

After a week of celebration in Pattaya, Bangkok and Taipei, I Am OFFICIALLY 50! The last year of being 40’s has been challenging yet rewarding. Between family, work, marathon, Hyrox and Ironman, I want to say thank you to my family, friends and colleagues who have been there for me and helped me grow as a dad, a husband, a son, a boss, a partner, and a human being.
