An exploration of sound beyond the conventional dance floor. The Bunker is an intimate space for sonic experimentation, deep listening, and artistic expression. Moving through minimal, ambient, experimental, and abstract soundscapes, we invite artists to share sounds they’ve been exploring, creating, and experimenting with. This is not a party. Tree Weeps Blood sound / performance flesh, veils, chained limbs, granular machine, candles, poetry dante’s seventh circle of hell has a bleeding forest showing the pilgrim where souls of bodies destroyed by the self are transformed into thorn-ridden trees that bleed and cry when broken. will the industry ever take accountability of what it poses upon the sellable flesh? taking from my own desire to experience the body as a colossal hyperobject and an appetite to feel what an orca must feel, this set was an invitation into my inner realm. noise emerging from material thresholds to the body through chained limbs and veiling. image & video @j0n4k1 @imten4n @by.shzn by @aashnai__

মনের ভেতর প্রাচীন সুর, এক দেয় বুদ্ধি, আরেক দেয় নদীর কূল line from a poem i wrote and opened my set with at our national academy of the performing arts. now is a time when bangla exists inside of electronic music. i was for the first time during a performance, given a mic. the feeling of being one of the earliest bangladeshi girl producers to stand on a national stage, talk and play electronic music produced in my bedroom was extremely daunting yet possible because of those before me and especially those by my side. @lotusquest’s recitation of my favourite poem by sukumar ray — abol tabol, seeing my people disciplined and explorative of their practices in the making of this show was really special to me, you see the beauty in making things without the desire to be remembered because the music always will, remember. thank you to everyone who was there, especially @shadwaan @hmahmud2 @sakib.tonmoy @namratabarman @mithunchakra000 @siliconinja @tonmoydg who shared an endless flow of knowledge that has altered my sweet brain chemistry. shoutout to the team @breakfastclub.dhaka for putting this together so beautifully wearing my mother’s design too 𓆩♡𓆪𓆩♡𓆪𓆩♡𓆪 taken in Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy by @aashnai__
