POSTS STORIES REELS

Each year, we extract, transform, and deliver oil only from healthy olives grown in our own rescued and now meticulously cared-for groves.

These groves are pesticide and chemical-free, and are watered only by rain.

We never push our trees to give more than nature allows.

We are not in the business of volume or speed, but rather in carefully crafting small quantities of exceptional extra-virgin olive oil for our members’ tables. Shipped once a year.

By joining our community, you become a part of the solution to grove neglect and abandonment — rescuing and sustaining these beautiful groves and their communities for generations.

Until, eventually—

We Are Officially B Corp Certified! 🎉🌿

After nearly a year of rigorous evaluation, we’re proud to announce that we are now part of the Global B Corp community.

This milestone is not ours alone—it belongs to you.

🙏🏼Thank you for being part of this community and supporting a slower, more intentional way of creating and enjoying extra virgin olive oil.

From day one, we’ve stood firm: people and the groves come first. 🌍 Trends, imitations, and market forces have never swayed us, because exceptional extra virgin olive oil is only possible when this harmony thrives.

We also know that without exceptional extra virgin olive oil, we couldn’t elevate these abandoned groves or celebrate the true artisans behind them.

Becoming B Corp Certified strengthens our commitment to transparency, integrity, and working toward a more equitable and regenerative future.

Grazie di cuore for being here—always Extra Virgin Olive Oil, always with purpose.

Potato galette starring @abandonedgrove 🫒

Find the pastry recipe in my cookbook Easy Does It and layer on a few big dollops of puréed cottage cheese, thin slices of potatoes tossed in oil and salt, and a bit of thyme. Bake at 400F for 25-30 min and pour on Abandoned Grove. Top with a little flakey salt and pecorino.

Ps that little rattle is the one way valve on my Abandoned Grove. It not only slows oxidization but also prevents someone from trying to refill an AG bottle with inferior olive oil . . . I know I know, that sounds crazy but actually olive oil fraud is pretty common and if you want to go down a rabbit hole I suggest you google it! by @abandonedgrove

This is it folks. Your last chance to grab a @abandonedgrove olive oil gelato pint until the new harvest arrives. by @abandonedgrove

Founder @filbucchino has made people and environmental responsibility central to how Abandoned Grove operates.

The company has returned more than 5,000 olive trees in the hills above Florence to care, while its social farming work creates agricultural employment for people facing barriers to work.

It’s an approach to business that considers its impact beyond the product itself, and one that has earned @abandonedgrove a finalist spot for the Workplace Kindness Award — Growing Company.

On November 12, we’ll celebrate Fil, Abandoned Grove and this year’s finalists at Nasdaq MarketSite in New York City.

Tickets are available at the link in our bio. by @abandonedgrove

To the producers who only answer to Mother Nature, and to the reason they got into this in the first place.

The grove - full of life.

Once abandoned, this land now grows more than just olives.

Nature doesn’t perform for us. It simply continues, whether or not anyone is there to notice.
