A little midweek coffee, something sweet, and a reason to stay awhile. Come by and see us! by @abanicocoffeeroasters

A little closer every day. ☕️
Abanico is coming to Irving Street.
We have been working behind the scenes to bring a little piece of what we have built on Mission to a new San Francisco neighborhood- specialty coffee through a Latin American lens, with the same warmth, hospitality, and cafecito that have always been at the heart of Abanico.
We can’t wait to open these doors and welcome you.
424 Irving St.-opening soon
And as always, we are here on Mission. ❤️☕️

Cosecha season is back. 🍂
For five years, our Cosecha Latte has returned to Abanico with the fall.
Cosecha means harvest, and ours is inspired by ayote en miel, a beloved Central American tradition. We make our ayote syrup in house, pair it with espresso and milk, and finish it with alguashte — roasted, salted, finely ground pumpkin seeds deeply rooted in Salvadoran cooking. 🇸🇻
Sweet, warm, a little savory, and a celebration of harvest through the Abanico lens.
And because this is San Francisco, where summer has a habit of showing up just as we’re craving fall…
Cosecha is back hot AND iced. ☀️🧊🍂
If you know, you know.
And if you haven’t tried it yet — this is your season.
Available now at Abanico. by @abanicocoffeeroasters

September is here. 🌿☕️
A new season, familiar flavors, and a lot happening behind the scenes at Abanico.
We’re pouring at Mission, roasting, building, and getting a little closer every day to welcoming you to our second home in the Inner Sunset.
San Francisco, we can’t wait to share what’s next. 🤎

Rosalba and I go way back. ❤️ We began with our own visions and a shared belief in what coffee could create—connection, opportunity, and a bridge between where we come from and where we were going.
We had not seen each other in a few months. Visits like this are such a beautiful reminder of what has always been at the heart of Abanico: the relationships behind the coffee, the people and places it connects, and the stories we get to share along the way.
Rosalba’s work brings coffee from her native Chiapas, México, and our paths have continued to cross and grow through coffee over the years.
As Abanico gets ready for our next chapter in the Inner Sunset, these are the relationships and stories we’re excited to keep carrying forward.
And there’s more to this story… stay tuned for a special event Rosalba and I are planning for this fall. ❤️☕️ by @abanicocoffeeroasters
