🏝️ Thinking About Selling Our Panama City Beach Condo! 🏝️

We are possibly looking to sell our beautiful beachfront/oceanfront condo at Emerald Beach Resort on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, FL.

This unit would make an amazing second home, vacation getaway, or investment property!

✨ 1 Bedroom / 2 Full Bathrooms
✨ King bed in the master bedroom
✨ Hallway bunks
✨ Sleeper sofa
✨ Sleeps up to 6
✨ Fully furnished
✨ HVAC/central unit is only 3 years old
✨ Living room & dining room furniture is only 1 year old
✨ Recently replaced all linens, towels, washcloths, coffee maker & vacuum
✨ Direct beachfront/oceanfront property 🌊

Emerald Beach Resort is very family-friendly and offers tons of great amenities, including a SkyBar, 2 pools, arcade, Starbucks, ice cream/pizza bar, tiki bar, gift shop, and much more!

The condo currently brings in approximately $36,000–$40,000 per year in rental revenue, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for an income-producing vacation property.

Everything is ready to go—just bring your suitcase or continue renting it out!

Serious inquiries only. Message me privately if you’re interested or would like more information. 🏖️☀️

The last two weeks have been hard for our football team. But they keep showing up. They keep fighting. They keep grinding. And that says so much about the character of these young men.

I’m so proud of every single one of them. Keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep grinding. ❤️🖤

I want to give a huge shoutout to everyone that showed up today for the Albertville High School baseball program’s 2nd Annual Murph Fundraiser! So proud of these boys and how hard they worked! We even had friends, dads, and coaches participate this year. ❤️🖤⚾️

Because of everyone’s support and generosity, we raised a total of $2,350!

A special thank you to Baugh Motorsports LLC, Blue Jay Properties, and Miguel Corona Allstate Agency for your support of these athletes and our program. We appreciate each and every one of you!

I feel truly blessed to be their Mom, and I’m thankful for the lessons learned and memories made along the way. While I’ve made mistakes in the past, being their Mom has been a happiness that I cherish always. Thank you Lord for your blessings on me❤️❤️ by @abaugh12
