A true honor to celebrate the Czech National Day, commemorating the historic foundation of the Czechoslovak state on October 28, 1918, upon the kind invitation of His Excellency the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Algeria.

The occasion was a remarkable opportunity to meet Prime Minister Andrej Babiš and engage in insightful conversations with distinguished ambassadors and diplomatic representatives in attendance.

Grateful to have been part of this memorable gathering, which brought together international partners around shared values, cultural exchange, and enduring diplomatic ties.

🎬 Proud to share that my documentary film (Sewing for a Living) will be screened at the nights of cinéma in collo

Every film is a personal journey, and I’m happy to see this story find its way to a new audience.

Grateful for this opportunity and for every space that allows documentary cinema to tell stories that deserve to be seen and heard. 🎥

🎵Tera Mujhse Hai Pehle Ka Naata Koi”

On the occasion of World Hindi Day – Hindi Diwas 🇮🇳 we revisit one of the most cherished memories of Indian cinema in Algeria: “Janetoo” the film known to Algerian audiences as Aa Gale Lag Jaa , released in 1973.

In the mid-1970s, Algerian cinemas were captivated by Shashi Kapoor as Prem and Sharmila Tagore as Preeti, in a love story separated by circumstances and social differences, before fate brought them together again years later.

But who could forget Rahul , the little boy played by Master Tito His attempts to walk and his relationship with his father became some of the most unforgettable moments for audiences of Indian cinema—and especially for Algerian audiences.

And then came the timeless song:
🎵 “Tera Mujhse Hai Pehle Ka Naata Koi”
