Capital Selects Brazil Tour 2026

I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to travel with @capitalrugbyunion select side and play against @melinarugbyclube in Brazil for my first senior select side tour! I learned so much from my coaches and teammates, and I feel so lucky to have been apart of this team. Huge thanks to Melina for hosting, to our coaches and Capital Union reps for organizing such an amazing tour, and to my teammates for further reigniting my love for rugby. taken in Cuiabá, Brazil by @abbey_1357

GRADUATED!!

So thankful for the friendships and experiences that Mount St. Mary’s brought to me. Not only did I find my love for psychological research, but I also got to continue playing rugby for another four years. I completed two developmental research studies at the Mount on elementary-aged friendships and parenting practices, and presented my work at the Eastern Psychological Association Conference.

I was extreme lucky to have made so many friends and shared the pitch with so many teammates who shaped me into the person I am today.
