Thank you to my personal trainer- aka my daughter Avery girl for keeping me in shape. ✨

I loved pushing my body knowing she prepared me for each mission on @thetraitorsus ! Also hoping I impressed my preteen son who also keeps me young by challenging me in basketball, soccer and racing him on the track constantly. lol

See y’all in the castle this Thursday night on @nbc ✨ by @abbeybenj

Long video- but I am so grateful for both sides of my life right now.
For home and my norm with avery during the day, with Tommy and his activities, with Chris mowing and the dogs at home. For health, for some smiles and for just life in general. I am also so grateful for my experience to got to participate @thetraitorsus. To have met the insanely special people I got to meet. The ability to connect to each of them, to watch them shine back when I watch and to get to relive our experience has been so special to me.

Something so special about living the experience is when your there, it doesn’t matter where your from or what you do-everything is stripped away and it really forces everyone to connect on a different level at the core of who you are. (In my opinion lol) I hope y’all have enjoyed episodes 1-4! (Can rewatch on @peacock) I know I have! Remember no episode tonight but back next Thursday for episode 5 on @nbc ✨ by @abbeybenj

#Partner When I first started sharing little pieces of our life with Avery, I never expected it would lead me to so many people who just get it.

Moms who understand the hospital stays, the appointments, the uncertainty… but also the tiny victories that feel so HUGE to us. And I’ve loved connecting not only with other families, but with people with disabilities who are sharing their stories and helping create more representation.

Finding your people can change everything.

Sometimes you don’t need someone to have the answers – you just need someone who understands.

So grateful to partner with @shineforwardwithlgs and be part of a community that reminds us we’re never as alone as we sometimes feel.
