On Saturday afternoon we headed to @asafespacementor @asafespacestudios led by @adeliabadelia & @unbound.body.work for an afternoon inviting our community to ground ourselves in our bodies. We leaned into softness rather than strength, were tender with ourselves past present & future, and allowed ourselves time to rest & reflect; which holds so much importance as we so often neglect this. We challenged ourselves to tap into the parts of ourselves that may be difficult to access & with utmost care and intention we considered:

when do we feel rooted in ourselves? and how can we continue that?

This body, your body—deserves tenderness. Deserves breath. Deserves to be held. You are the embodiment of resilience….

Please join us @asafespacestudios for an afternoon of a gentle return: to the body, to the breath, to the parts of ourselves that have learned to live in survival. In This Body is a sacred offering designed for Black women, femmes, and non-binary folk who’ve experienced trauma and those who struggle with PTSD—a space for collective healing through intentional care🪷

Through the guidance & insturction of @adeliabadelia @abbie.tesfay @unbound.body.work we will gather in stillness and movement through: - Trauma-informed yoga - Reiki  - Breathwork - Journaling

Licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience, Deirdre Narcisse, will be on-site if you require additional support at any point during the experience🩶

Still ✨glowing✨ from our first Soft Alchemy full moon ritual— what a beautiful way to end eclipse szn and say goodbye to retrograde! 🌸🌕💐

BIG thank you to everyone who came out and shared their energy and reflections with us! 🫂✨ We all created such a sacred and vulnerable space by setting our deepest intentions and opening our hearts to the abundant energy we’re calling in. We moved, we meditated, we manifested and we cleansed TF out of our auras ✨✨

It was truly a magical experience and we can’t wait for the next one! 💓
