Morning ➡️ Evening crew 🔥

There’s something so special about getting to teach both the early morning crew and the evening crew. Different energy, different reasons for committing to their chosen class time, but the same love for showing up and putting in the work.

One of my favorite parts of being an instructor is getting to connect with so many different members throughout the day. From the early birds starting their day with me to the evening crew finishing theirs, each class brings an opportunity for me to be able to connect on a different level.
