I am super excited to be joining the LFP team as the new bikini posing coach!

I have been a bikini girly for over 3 years now and believe it or not, I was terrible at posing to begin with but I knew it was crucial so I was determined to find my flow and improve.

It has always been one of my priorities in my own bodybuilding journey and at the start of this year I decided to take the leap and become a posing coach through the LFP Academy, something I have dreamed of doing for a while!

Now I get to help all you girls grow and shine on stage 💕

I will be offering my 1-2-1 posing sessions from Levels Gym, located in Glasgow! So if your a Scottish girly looking to start your posing journey, I would love to help you bring your best to the stage ✨
