Tomorrow is surgery day ❤️‍🩹 The time has come for me to finally get this lil leg back on the mend. Nearly 1 year ago I was told I had a Labral Tear in my hip that would never heal on its own. Training my entire life as a professional dancer to it all being taken away in a matter of seconds was a huge reality check. You really don’t know how lucky you are until it’s gone. I really struggled mentally behind closed doors, it completely broke me. Although I have a long way to go throughout my surgery and recovery, I know I am in safe hands and I will be back. My surgeon Mr Jonathan Hutt in London is the best in the business and has looked after me for the past year. And my personal physio Gordon Ellis, who got me back on my feet when I thought it was all over. Without my family and friends keeping me afloat I’m unsure where I’d be now. And a big thank you to my angel boy @danielzahra_ for being the best there is ♥️ See yous on the stageeeeee. This injury has lit a fire in my belly. I’ve made a promise to myself to come back bigger and better than I ever was 🧿🏆 #labrumtear #labraltear taken in London, United Kingdom by @abbieplatts
