lots of sun, sea, watermelon, cricket and family time in Devon. Will’s family do something that they call “cricket week” the same week every July, and it’s such a fun tradiation. Will has never missed one, and I haven’t either in the 8 years that I’ve lived in the UK. Love that Teddie will grow up with these special memories 🌞🏏 taken in Beer, Devon by @abbieroden

The Resilience Retreat 🤎 a gorgeous few days at The Pig New Forest, with an incredible group of female leaders and founders, hosted by @jessicadiner + @frida_redknapp. I felt really lucky to be included. thank you @antlerofficial, @biosculptureuki, @skinceuticals + @quartz.london arriving to The Pig with our @antlerofficial our hosts, @jessicadiner + @frida_redknapp 🤎🤎🤎 lunch under the trees !!!! the reason why I had to announce I’m pregnant! there’s no hiding this anymore 🤣 “semi-wild” horses - they’re everywhere around the New Forest and it’s my idea of heaven a fresh mani by @biosculptureuki 🛁 English countryside at its finest my bday twin (December 4th, anyone else?!) and one of the first friends I had here in London when I moved 8 years ago @hermioneolivia @skinceuticals dinner at The Pig dress is from Zara and new bag is a Mallorca find a gorgeous horse shot that I took from @felicitymillward beauties breakky our crew waking up here 🤍 morning movement @frida_redknapp a sound bath in the forest with @stephaniewaxberg taken in 'The Pig', Brokenhurst, The New Forest by @abbieroden

lots of praying, hoping and wishful thinking have led to us feeling incredibly lucky. another baby Sandbach is coming this fall 🤎 trying for a baby is such a strange chapter. nobody really talks about it, and nobody can tell you what your “journey” will look like. I couldn’t share this announcement without mentioning IVF, because it’s how we’ve been lucky enough to create both of our babies. we are forever grateful to @theevewell. I am always happy to talk about it, so if you ever have any questions or need someone to vent to, my DMs are always open. we can’t wait to meet this little one, and we really can’t wait to watch Teddie become a big brother ♥️ taken in London, United Kingdom by @abbieroden

Northern Ireland is always the best. sea air, seashells, seaweed, seagulls — we had a lot of sea time and it was good for the soul. I’m half Northern Irish and grew up coming here from Kentucky, so this place holds so much of my childhood and so many family memories. we had lots of sunshine on our last day and took the long way home so that Teddie could nap. one of my favourite things in the world is driving the Causeway Coastal Route; we have so many memories here, it makes me so emotional. I cried on that drive, Will thinks I’m insane 😂 spending 3 nights with my 97-year-old grandfather, known to Teddie as “GeeGa” because he can’t say “Granda” — it’s hard to get much better or more special than this 🤎 Teddie’s suit is from my friend @iamsadieclayton’s brand, @playingoutuk!! taken in Northern Ireland by @abbieroden

proof that British summertime is worth the wait ☀️ we were meant to be in Ireland last weekend visiting my grandfather but all of us got knocked out with colds so we made the decision to postpone our trip and spontaneously headed down to Devon for the long bank holiday weekend instead. we had the most amazing weather!! I couldn’t get over how clear the water was. the UK in the summertime is so special 🌞 taken in Beer, Devon by @abbieroden
