We got the rest of our wedding pictures back a couple months ago and I’m still obsessed and I’m still in love with my husband after almost five months of marriage so that’s good 🖤😂

I’ve made it a goal of mine this year to step out of wearing “lazy” outfits. Operation ‘Wear my Closet’ if you will.

I feel like ever since even before COVID (maybe since my upperclassmen years of college) I became super lazy with what I chose to wear out and about. Partially due to convenience, but also because the trend at the time was activewear can also double as everyday wear. No one gave a second glance if you went to class in basically your pjs.

This isn’t to say that’s something I’ll never do (I love a cute activewear set) but rather I just want to have fun with putting my outfits together again. Use clothes that have been sitting in my closet or being ‘saved’ for something special. Make an effort to dress for the occasion. And I’ve really been enjoying myself.

Sure, it takes a little more time to get ready in the morning. But in taking the effort to appear more put together it makes me FEEL put together. And I like that feeling :) by @abby_dawn08
